Calamansac is a residential property overlooking the River Helford with Port Navas and Helford Passage nearby. Berryman Construction were tasked with gutting the interior and conducting a full interior fit-out, working alongside Jemma Goodman Design on interior design.

A team of 25 of us worked to fully update this 12-year-old house, making it ready for market as a highly desirable holiday let.  Our contract involved structural alterations, a new kitchen, six new bathrooms, and sound insulation fitted between rooms.  Outside, we laid a new large patio, built a bespoke garden room, renewed the stonework in the garden and the gated driveway, as well as providing landscaping services to complete the project.
