Berryman Construction Ltd is a Falmouth-based building construction company specialising in residential and commercial new builds, renovations and Passivhaus construction.
While founders Ollie and Amy are extremely personable, they're equally detailed in their approaches to project costing and management, while showing respect for their clients and taking care of their employees throughout building projects. It's this combination that defines how Berryman Construction operates, which is best summed up by a client, the owner of Whitewings: “he [Ollie] does what he says”, “he’s fair and solution-based”.
Ollie and Amy Berryman are proud to have come from families, on both sides, that have undertaken their own property developments. This heritage and eye for detail were carried over to Berryman Construction, which was set up in 2011.
Together, they have become local specialists in Passivhaus construction and are also renovating most of their building projects to EnerPHit standards. More technical information about the services offered is available below.

We ensure a solution-based experience and collaborate closely with our clients, delivering completed projects to the highest standards, including full landscaping services. While we have a reputation for building certified Passivhaus’, as well as meeting EnerPHit standards, both commercial and residential, we also deliver conventional building projects.
Passivhaus
Our company is experienced in delivering homes built to Passivhaus and Passivhaus Plus standards on the South Coast of Cornwall.
Built for the future, Passivhaus buildings are designed to minimise energy consumption, maintaining a consistent indoor temperature with minimal heating and cooling requirements. This results in lower energy bills, improved air quality, and a reduced carbon footprint.
Our team works closely with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure every project meets the highest standards of efficiency and craftsmanship. By using innovative construction techniques and high-performance materials, we create homes and commercial buildings that are incredibly energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable.
Renovation
Berryman Construction Ltd undertake both commercial and residential renovations, including heritage buildings.
We provide building services to companies and clients investing in properties on the South Coast of Cornwall, offering conventional construction, energy upgrades, and ENERPHIT-standard specifications where applicable.
As part of some renovation projects, we fit MVHR systems, solar, and air-source heat pumps, and have even developed, with architects and engineers, alterations to I-joists to deliver the highest-performing insulation packages.
